- The cylinder block and crankshaft are tested in a specialized workshop.
- Crankshaft grinded to 0.25 (first repair)
- Installed new cylinder liner and O-rings.
- Tested rods ( replacement plugs).
- Replaced inserts Rods and radical (0.25).
- Change the oil-removable covers (valve seals).
- Replace the gasket: heads, sump, pump, front and back covers motor.
- Repaired and calibrated fuel injection equipment.
- Replaced holder gasket and seals, crankshaft and flywheel.
