1. The cylinder block and crankshaft are tested in a specialized workshop.
2. Crankshaft grinded to 0.25 (first repair)
3. Installed new cylinder liner and O-rings.
4. Tested rods ( replacement plugs).
5. Replaced inserts Rods and radical (0.25).
6. Change the oil-removable covers (valve seals).
7. Replace the gasket: heads, sump, pump, front and back covers motor.
8. Repaired and calibrated fuel injection equipment.
9. Replaced holder gasket and seals, crankshaft and flywheel.
